MJX H12P upgrade
1. The model is very compact, as it's officially 1/12 scale. But at the same time, it has many components from its big brothers of 1/10 scale. And its ground clearance is like that my RGT 86020 has. So in terms of off-road capability, it approaches 1/10 scale.

What I upgraded
Functionality:
3. Replaced the shocks with Kyx 80mm ones, installed soft springs, so suspension's play increased by about one centimeter. Replaced the rocker arm and steering link with metal ones.
4. Replaced shock aborbers' mounting brackets with metal ones. Changed wheels: installed 1.55" rims and Injora Kraken 96mm tires for winter time.

5. Installed fender liners.

6. The stock motor has 3500KV characteristic. So it is speedy but at low RPMs it crawles very poorly, almost no torque at all. Replaced it with 2300KV motor. The top speed became lower, but now at low RPMs it crawls powerfully and smoothly, no need to play with the throttle. Now behavior of this model became more similar to real trophy RCs )

Appearance:
7. Mattified the body, as I didn't like the gloss on this particular model.
8. Covered the hood and roof with film in the areas that might take impact during rolls.

9. Attached fenders, because I don't like the wheels sticking out beyond the body dimensions. Added windows glazing, attached various small details like mirrors, door handles, roof rails. And also hung on all sorts of things )

10. Overall, it's a cool little model, it crawls very good. Now need to test it in mud.
