Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the "Policy") applies to all information that the owner of the website dack9.ru (hereinafter – the "Site") may obtain about users during their use of the Site, its services, feedback forms, and comments.
1. Terms and Definitions
  • Operator – Dmitry Aleksandrovich Arkhipov (hereinafter – the "Operator"), acting as an individual, carrying out the processing of personal data of the Site's Users
  • User – any individual who visits the Site and uses its functionality
  • Personal Data – any information relating to a User that they voluntarily provide to the Operator when filling out forms on the Site (in particular, email address and IP address)
2. What Data the Site Collects
When using the Site, the Operator may receive and process the following User data:
2.1. Email address (e-mail) – provided by the User:
  • when sending a message via the feedback form (to receive a response from the Operator)
  • when leaving a comment on the blog (to identify the author for the purpose of sending notifications about replies to their comment)
2.2. IP address, browser data, referral source (referrer) – automatically transmitted to the server when visiting the Site's pages for the purposes of ensuring technical security and protection against spam.
2.3. Comment or message text – data that the User enters voluntarily at their own discretion.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
The Operator processes Users' personal data exclusively for the following purposes:
  • To enable commenting and receiving notifications about replies to comments
  • To respond to User inquiries submitted via the feedback form
  • To ensure the Site's functionality and protection against malicious activities (spam attacks)
Important: The Operator does NOT carry out:
  • mass or targeted mailings of an advertising or any other nature
  • transfer of personal data to third parties (except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation)
  • publication of Users' email addresses in the public domain
4. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of:
  • Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data"
  • The User's consent, expressed by performing an active action (checking a box/marking consent or clicking the submit button with an explicit link to this Policy)
5. Procedure for Obtaining Consent
The User gives their consent to the processing of data by performing an active action: checking a box next to the statement "I accept the terms of the Privacy Policy and give my consent to the processing of my personal data" before submitting the feedback form or comment. The User's consent is deemed received from the moment the "Submit" button is clicked with the box checked.
6. Data Retention Periods
Users' personal data is stored in the Site's databases and on the hosting provider's server for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of their processing, but no longer than 1 (one) year from the date of the User's last activity (last comment or inquiry). Upon expiration of this period, the data is deleted (except in cases where otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation).

Clarification: In the case of sending an inquiry via the feedback form, personal data (e-mail) is not stored in the Site's databases but is forwarded to the Operator's email inbox for the purpose of responding to the User. Storage is carried out in the Operator's email inbox for the period necessary to respond to the inquiry, but no longer than 1 year.
7. Users' Rights
The User has the right to:
  • withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a written notice through the feedback form
  • request the deletion or rectification of their personal data by sending a corresponding request to the Operator
  • obtain information about what data of theirs is stored by the Operator
To exercise their rights, the User simply needs to send a message via the feedback form (see Section 11 of this Policy).
8. Security Measures
The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
9. Consent to Processing When Using Cookies
9.1. The Site uses cookies exclusively for: proper page display and improving the user experience when navigating the Site's pages.
9.2. These cookies are strictly necessary for the functioning of the Site and do not require separate consent from the User.
9.3. The Site does not use third-party analytics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics and similar) and does not transfer User data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
9.4. The User may disable cookies in their browser settings at any time; however, this may lead to incorrect functioning of certain Site features (such as order processing, if applicable).
10. Changes to the Policy
The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is published on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version.

Please note: for the purpose of identifying the User when processing a request for deletion or withdrawal of consent, please indicate in the message the email address that was used when leaving the comment or sending the previous inquiry.
